Culinary Arts Program Summary
- Line Cook Certification
- Fee: Free of Charge* (If you are receiving SNAP, TAFDC or other benefits).

- Length: 8 weeks
- Requirement: 18+ yrs old, High School Diploma/Hi-Set, Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated.
- Employment Search: Upon successful completion, 快播成人s will be given resources to help find employment in the Culinary Arts field.
Culinary Arts Program (Line Cook) Description:
The Culinary Arts Program teaches 快播成人s to apply methods of food preparation that illustrate a high level of skill and professionalism needed for advancement in the dynamic culinary industry. Students must be at least 18 years old and provide documentation of full Covid 19 vaccination. The Culinary Arts program covers numerous topics such as: knife skills, preparation of soups, stocks, desserts, poultry, fish and meat, culinary math and measurements, moist/dry heat cooking methods. All classes are in person at the 快播成人 Community College Culinary Arts Institute, 164 Race Street, 快播成人, Massachusetts. Books, test fees and uniforms are included. Students must supply their own kitchen safe shoes. Successful 快播成人s will earn the 快播成人 Line Cook Certification and are eligible to take the ServSafe Manager exam
